Q: What kind of business clients do you serve?
A: Our clients represent all types of industries. We have the capabilities to produce savings for restaurants, car dealerships, nursing homes, manufacturing and distribution facilities, schools and government facilities.
Q: How much does your consulting service cost?
A: Effectively, there is no cost for our clients. We are only paid when we produce a savings for you. Our fee is calculated as a portion of the waste expense savings we generate and comes from your current waste budget. We never charge upfront fees for the audit or analysis.
Q: How much work is involved for my staff?
A: CWS staff does all the work. Our business exists to provide you a turnkey solution for managing this area of expense. We perform the analysis, negotiations and ongoing management of your environmental services.
Q: What if we have contracts in place with our current service providers, are you still able to help us?
A: Yes, the majority of our clients are under contract with their service provider. CWS works with your current vendors within the confines of your contract. In addition, we use our expertise to improve your business position within current and future agreements.
Q: How much money can you save us?
A: Savings will vary based on many factors such as industry, volume, region, number of locations and factors unique to each location. CWS average savings is between 30-50%.
Q: Does your company pick-up the trash/recycling?
A: No, we are not a trash/recycling hauling company. CWS is a full-scale waste consulting company that works with the waste and recycling industry vendors to provide your business with the right services to meet your specific needs and at the best price available.
Q: Do you own landfills?
A: We are an independent waste management consulting firm and do not own an interest in any landfills, haulers or equipment companies.
Q: What do I need to provide to get started?
A: Once you sign our agreement we will need the vendor(s) service agreement(s) for the current waste hauler and/or recycling vendors and up to 12 months of invoices for each location involved in the agreement. Again, it can be one location to hundreds of locations across multiple states. We work with companies of all sizes.
